A MEDICINE RUN is more than just a run.

It is a way to connect with the medicine inside of our bodies.

Whether you are dealing with physical, mental, or spiritual problems. Running is a way to bring healing to any and all of those problems.

Come join Dr. Marcos this Sunday at Ceasar’s Bay in Brooklyn, NY at 8am for an experience that will stay with you long after you are gone.

During this run we will periodically stop to workout, meditate, and observe nature.

We welcome all levels of fitness, all nationalities, all religions, colors, and creeds.

This is a no-cost event.
